Terms and Conditions
The terms below set out the basis on which we provide our drainage services. Please read them carefully before booking work with us.
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the drainage services provided by Drain Solutions Milton Keynes. By requesting a quote or booking work with us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out on this page.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you book applies to your job.
2. Services
We provide drainage services including, but not limited to, emergency unblocking, high-pressure jetting, CCTV surveys, drain repairs and reconstructions across Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire. The scope of any particular job will be confirmed with you before work begins.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Where possible we provide a quote before commencing work. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be revised if the work required differs from what was originally described or if unforeseen issues are uncovered on site.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the point of booking. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for cancellations made at short notice or for missed appointments where our engineer has already been dispatched.
5. Liability
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out and we are not liable for any pre-existing defects or for indirect or consequential losses, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Guarantees
Eligible work is covered by a workmanship guarantee, the details of which will be confirmed at the time of booking. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference or issues outside the scope of the work carried out.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
